Pigs can undergo drastic physical changes in response to their environment, and in one lifetime, a domestic pig can transform into a wild hog. Feral pigs are a highly destructive invasive species here that uproot plants and destroy native habitat, but I am still amazed by their resiliance and adaptability. I love the idea of a pig escaping slaughter, running into the forest and transforming into a wild beast!
